The current structure of the NACC Board comprises seven Directors with one Director nominated by each of the five State Associations of Caravan Clubs, one from the ACT, plus one national appointee who takes on the role of Company Secretary/Public Officer.
The Directors are responsible for electing a Chairman. One Director also acts as the Company Secretary/Public Officer and handles all matters relating to compliance with the relevant governing bodies such as ASIC and the ATO. The Registered Office of the company is the home address of the current Company Secretary.
Directors serve a maximum term of three years but are eligible to nominate for re-election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Board meetings are held twice yearly with one of the meetings coinciding with the AGM.
